Had some wonderfull experiences in Russia
Hello ALL,
Just back from St.Petersburg, Russia. A great city, know as the Venice of the North it has more waterways and bridges than Venice. It was designed by Peter the Great, he wanted to match the grandeur of Paris, with its wide avenues and palacial buildings.
I was there for work at the time of the ‘white nights’ a time when night never really comes, only a dusk falls. A great experience and one that which you can loose yourself in, especially sitting in a outside restaurant watching the world go by, you look down at watch to find its after midnight! Wow better go back to the hotel.
