    Have a look at the short presentation on my blog page. I entitled it ‘Exploring a different way’

    We all at times loose our way, that feeling of going around in circles or ‘firefighting’. One thing after another comes up, the repetition of it all can, if not managed, wear us down.

    It’s great if we can just step back and look at it objectively, this at times is so hard. We then more than ever need to break the cycle. Look at the ‘root causes’ and invest in training, education and coaching for either our people or ourselves.
