Event Closure
Just completed the 5th and final Professional Development Day. Some great people with some great questions. Its been a challenge and a pleasure both designing the event and delivering it.

Professional Development Days
Just finished the fourth out of five Professional Development Days for Cleveland Police. Working through the coming years focus and what it means to the individual through Goal setting, The Small Change Theory, Motivation and Leadership to name a few.
